Abstract

Compounds of the structure ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein: R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are independently H, OH, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, aryloxy, heteroaryloxy, heteroaryl lower alkoxy, aryl, heteroaryl, aryl-lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkoxy, halogenated aryl-lower alkoxy, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower alkenoxy, lower alkynoxy, halogen or trifluoromethyl; PA1 A is H, aryl, lower alkyl, aryl-lower alkyl or heteroaryl; and PA1 B is ##STR2## n=0-6, wherein D is H, CONR.sub.3 R.sub.4, CO.sub.2 H, CO.sub.2 R.sub.5, CH.sub.2 OH or CH.sub.2 OR.sub.6, wherein PA1 R.sub.3, R.sub.4, R.sub.5 and R.sub.6 are independently H, lower alkyl, aryl, aryl-lower alkyl or heteroaryl; PA1 E is H, OH, lower alkyl, aryl or heteroaryl; and PA1 F is ##STR3## wherein G is the same as R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, useful for the treatment of allergy, asthma and inflammatory conditions.
