Abstract

A composition is disclosed which comprises: PA0 (A) a non-Newtonian colloidal disperse system characterized by a neutralization base number of about 3 or less, said system comprising PA1 (1) solid metal containing colloidal particles predispersed in PA1 (2) a liquid dispersing medium, and PA1 (3) as a third component, at least one organic compound which is soluble in said dispersing medium, the molecules of said organic compound being characterized by a hydrophobic portion and at least one polar substituent; and PA0 (B) at least one cross-linkable material other than an isocyanate; and, optionally PA0 (C) at least one cross-linking agent.
