Abstract
4-Amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-naphthoic acid derivative of the formula: ##STR1## wherein X is halogen atom, n is 1 or 2, R.sup.1 is hydroxy group, lower alkoxy group or amino group, and R.sup.2 is hydrogen atom, lower alkanoyl group or carbamoyl group, or their salts, which are useful as hypotensive diuretic.
