Abstract
The drive establishing mechanisms of a multigear ratio transmission are actuated according to a predetermined schedule with an electronically operated two member valve mechanism. Gear shifting is effected by producing relative movement between the valve members and a pair of electrically regulated fluid pressure mechanisms which control the fluid supply and exhaust pressures for all of the drive establishing mechanisms.
