Abstract

A Co-base heat resistant alloy consisting essentially of: PA0 from 0.05 to 1% by weight of C, PA0 from 0.05 to 2% by weight of one or both of Si and Mn, PA0 from 31 to 40% by weight of Cr, PA0 from 5 to 15% by weight of Ni, PA0 from 2 to 12% by weight of one or both of W and Mo and PA0 from 0.1 to 5% by weight of Hf, and optionally further containing: PA0 from 0.01 to 1% by weight of one or both of Al and Y, PA0 from 0.5 to 3% by weight of one or both of Ta and Nb and PA0 from 0.005 to 0.1% by weight of one or both of B and Zr, PA0 the rest being Co and unavoidable impurities.
