Abstract
An image forming method is disclosed, comprising forming a latent image by imagewise exposing a recording material including a light-sensitive silver salt, a reducing agent, a polymerizable compound, and a binder, on a support, and subsequently subjecting said recording material to a substantially uniform heating at about 80.degree. C. or more under conditions substantially not containing water, thereby forming a polymeric compound in areas where the latent image of the light-sensitive silver salt has formed.
