Abstract

New sulfur-containing imidazole derivatives of the general formula ##STR1## in which Ar is a phenyl radical which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or two halogen atoms, Y is O or S, and Z is a 1-imidazolyl or 2-methyl-1-imidazolyl radical, and their physiologically acceptable acid addition salts, have antimycotic and antibacterial activity.
