Abstract
This invention relates to novel sweeteners of the formula: ##STR1## wherein A is CO.sub.2 R wherein R is alkyl containing 1-3 carbon atoms; PA0 A' is hydrogen or alkyl containing 1-3 carbon atoms; PA0 Y is alkyl containing 4-11 carbon atoms, and PA0 M=0 or 1; PA0 and food-acceptable salts thereof.
