Abstract
This invention is directed to a polymeric composition: PA0 (a) between about 25 and 75% by weight of an elastomeric polymer; PA0 (b) between about 20 and 50% by weight of a processing oil; PA0 (c) between about 0.005 and 0.5% by weight of at least one stabilizer; and PA0 (d) between about 3 and 30% by weight of a phosphorescent pigment.
