Abstract

Diamine derivatives corresponding to the general formula I EQU R.sup.1 R.sup.2 N--(CH.sub.2).sub.m --Q--A--NH--R--NH--B--Q'--(CH.sub.2).sub.n NR.sup.3 R.sup.4 (I) which have a highly selective action on histamine-H.sub.2 receptors and are therefore suitable for use as anti-ulcerative agents are described. Processes for the preparation of these compounds and pharmaceutical preparations containing these compounds are also described.
