Abstract
A pharmaceutical composition in unit dosage form suitable for administration to an animal in need thereof comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and an amount sufficient to inhibit blood platelet aggregation of a compound selected from the group consisting of: PA0 [A] A compound having the structural formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is ##STR2## R.sub.2 is H or ##STR3## and Alk is lower alkyl; PA0 [B] A compound having the structural formula: ##STR4## wherein when R.sub.3 is ##STR5## n is 8, and when R.sub.3 is ##STR6## n is 4 or 8, and Alk is lower alkyl; PA0 [C] A compound having the structural formula: ##STR7## wherein when R.sub.4 is ##STR8## n is 8, and PA1 when R.sub.4 is ##STR9## n is 0, 1, 4 or 8, and Alk is lower alkyl; PA0 [D] A compound having the structural formula: ##STR10## wherein Alk is lower alkyl; and PA0 [E] Addition salts thereof with pharmaceutically acceptable acids.
