Halogenopropargylformamides of the formula ##STR1## in which R is hydrogen, alkyl, halogenoalkyl, cycloalkyl, halogenoalkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, halogenoalkinyl, optionally substituted aralkyl and optionally substituted aryl, and PA1 Hal is halogen. which possess fungicidal and bactericidal properties.
