Abstract
An adhesive resin composition comprising PA1 (A) 100 parts by weight of a polymer having a crystallinity, determined by X-ray diffractometry, of not more than 40% selected from the group consisting of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and ethylene/alpha-olefin random copolymers, PA1 (B) 1 to 50 parts by weight of modified polyethylene having a melt flow rate of 0.01 to 50 g/10 minutes and containing 0.01 to 10% by weight of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative grafted thereto, and PA1 (C) 1 to 125 parts by weight of a hydrogenated aromatic petroleum resin in which at least 70% of the romatic ring is hydrogenated; provided that the total amount of the modified polyethylene (B) and the hydrogenated aromatic petroleum resin (C) is not more than 150 parts by weight.
