Abstract
The invention relates to octapeptides of the formula EQU X-Arg-Val-Tyr-Y-His-Pro-W (I) wherein PA0 X is a sarcosyl, lactoyl or hydroxyacetyl radical, PA0 Y is cyclopentylglycyl or cyclohexylglycyl, and PA0 W is an alanine radical or lactic acid radical having angiotensine-II antagonistic activity.
