Abstract
The acylated enamide compounds are acylated enamides corresponding to the general formula ##STR1## in which Z represents an electron donor group, PA0 n is 1, 2 or 3, and PA0 R.sup.1 represents hydrogen, a halogen or any organic group, or salts, complexes, alkylated derivatives or acylated derivatives of these compounds. Typical acylated enamide compounds according to the invention correspond to the formula ##STR2## These acylated enamide compounds and the pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds are useful in the prevention and treatment of cancers.
