Abstract

Novel acrylate, hot melt, pressure-sensitive adhesives are disclosed which are polymerized compositions of: ______________________________________ Starting Monomer %, by Polymer Weight ______________________________________ 2-ethylhexyl acrylate (2-EHA) 20-80 n-butyl acrylate (BA) 0-45 isobutyl methacrylate (IBMA) 15-25 N--vinyl caprolactam (NVCL) 10-25 ______________________________________ useful for medical products such as ostomy seals, adhesive tapes and bandages, wound drainage adhesive seals, wound dressings and the like that adhere well to human skin even under moist conditions.
