Abstract
The invention relates to new anti-arrhythmic compounds of the formula (I) ##STR1## wherein A is C1 to C5 alkylene which can be substituted by hydroxyl; PA1 X is a single or a double bond; and PA1 Q is a 6-membered carbocyclic moiety fused to each of the adjacent carbonyl carbon atoms, and which is either fully hydrogenated, partially hydrogenated, or aromatic, or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.
