Abstract
The present invention relates to new derivatives of (2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-(3-piperidinopropyl)-ketone which are selected from the group consisting of: PA0 (i) (2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-[3-(alkylpiperidino)-propyl)]-ketones of general formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is CH.sub.3 or C.sub.2 H.sub.5 in 2- or 3-position of the piperidine ring, and PA1 R.sub.2 is H, CH.sub.3 or C.sub.2 H.sub.5 ; and PA0 (ii) their addition salts. These new derivatives are useful in therapeutics.
