Abstract

Aminosuccinic acid derivatives corresponding to the following general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R represents an alkyl or alkenyl group having from 10 to 22 carbon atoms which may be branched and/or interupted by one or more oxygen atoms; PA0 n represents the number 2 or 3; and PA0 K represents hyrogen or a cation; a process for their preparation and their use.
