Abstract

A method for the preparation of a molded reaction injection molded rigid non-cellular polyisocyanurate polymer composition by injecting at least two streams into the mold cavity of a RIM machine to react at temperatures of from about ambient to about 140.degree. C. a formulation comprising at least one stream of an organic di- or polyisocyanate and in a second stream a cyclic alkylene carbonate and a soluble adduct of a tertiary amine and a cyclic alkylene carbonate as catalyst.
