Abstract
A lavatory cleansing block is formed of a mixture comprising: PA0 (a) from 5 to 85% by weight of one or more anionic surface active agents; PA0 (b) from 2 to 50% by weight of one or more solubility control agents having a solubility in water less than that of the anionic surface active agent(s); and PA0 (c) from 0.5 to 50% by weight of one or more water-soluble salts of polyvalent metals.
