Abstract
A thiazole compound of allergically activity of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is amino optionally having suitable substituent(s), PA1 R.sup.2 is hydrogen, lower alkyl or aryl, PA1 R.sup.3 is hydrogen, nitro, amino optionally having suitable substituent(s), hydroxy or lower alkoxy, PA1 A is lower alkylene, PA1 Q is hydrogen or halogen, and PA1 a heavy solid line means a single or double bond, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, processes for the preparation thereof and pharmaceutical composition comprising the same.
