Abstract

Perylenetetracarbimide mix-crystal pigments in the crystal lattice of the .alpha.- Modification of N,N'-bis-3',5'-dimethylphenylperylenetetracarbimide of the formula (1) comprising 98-70 mole percent of the symmetrical diimide of the formula (1) and correspondingly 2-30 mole percent of at least one asymmetrical diimide of the formula (2) ##STR1## in which R denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group.
