Abstract
A hair cosmetic composition in the form of a solution, which includes: PA0 (a) a solvent including ethanol; PA0 (b) a hair-growing component which is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of straight chain, higher aliphatic carboxylic acids having an odd number of carbon atoms, derivatives of straight chain, higher aliphatic carboxylic acids having an odd number of carbon atoms, straight chain, higher aliphatic alcohols having an odd number of carbon atoms and derivatives of straight chain, higher aliphatic alcohols having an odd number of carbon atoms; and PA0 (c) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB value of not greater than 10.
