Abstract
A 5-fluoro-2'-deoxyuridine derivative expressed by the following formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are the same or different from each other, each representing an alkyl group of 1 to 18 carbon atoms having a carboxyl group as a substituent, or an alkyl group of 9 to 14 carbon atoms, or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as the active ingredient. Said 5-fluoro-2'-deoxyuridine derivative displays a high-level antitumor effect in low doses and shows outstanding safety.
