Abstract
A sweetener composition consisting essentially of codried thaumatin, and/or monellin and acid saccharin and designed for use as a non-caloric sweetener in comestibles such as chewing gum to provide prolonged sweetness without aftertaste of either the protein or the acid saccharin.
