Abstract

There are disclosed compounds having the formula (I) and (II): ##STR1## wherein: R' and R", equal to or different from each other, are a C.sub.1 -C.sub.7 alkyl, a C.sub.3 -C.sub.7 cycloalkyl, a heterocycloalkyl, alkoxyalkyl, dialkoxyalkyl, haloalkyl; PA0 X is a halogen, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, a haloalkyl, alkoxyl, phenyl; and PA0 Y is H or a halogen.
