Abstract
A compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each independently represent a hydrocarbon gp which can be substituted and/or carry a heteroatom, or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 together represent a hydrocarbon, optionally substituted, forming with the carbon atom to which they are attached, a ring capable of carrying a heteroatom, R.sub.3 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or aryl, and R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 each independently represent hydrogen or a hydrocarbon group, as well as the acid addition salts thereof. A method of preparing the compounds and the use thereof as an anti-tumor medicine are disclosed.
