Abstract
The novel compounds of the general formula I ##STR1## where n is from 1 to 70, PA1 R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 independently of one another are each hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 -alkyl, C.sub.7 -C.sub.12 -aralkyl, aryl or a carboxylic ester group, or PA1 R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 together may form a tetramethylene or pentamethylene group, PA1 R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are each alkyl, the radicals PA1 X independently of one another are each a direct bond or a bridge member, PA1 Y and Z are each oxygen, sulfur or NR.sup.8, PA1 R.sup.7 is hydrogen, chlorine, bromine, hydroxyl, alkoxy, carboxyl, a carboxylic ester group or unsubstituted or substituted carbamyl and R.sup.8 is hydrogen or unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, and the ammonium salts of these compounds, are very useful as light stabilizers.
