Abstract
An agent effective for oleophobizing and hydrophobizing textiles is an aqueous anionic dispersion which comprises water and PA1 (A) 5 to 25% by weight of a reaction product which contains at least one bis-(2-fluoroalkyl-ethoxy-carbonylamino)-toluene of the formula ##STR1## wherein n is a number from 5 to 15 and Y is --H or --F, and wherein said reaction product is prepared by reacting 2-perfluoroalkylethanol of the formula EQU YCF.sub.2 --(CF.sub.2).sub.n --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 OH PA1 with tolylene diisocyanate in a molar ratio of (1.8 to 2):1 in the presence of 2 to 5% by weight of N-methylpyrrolidone, relative to the perfluoroalkylethanol, PA1 (B) 1 to 14% by weight of at least one emulsifier of the formula EQU YCF.sub.2 (CF.sub.2).sub.p --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 O--CO--NH--CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --SSO.sub.3 X PA1 wherein p is a number from 5 to 15, Y is --H or --F, and X is a monovalent cation, PA1 (C) 1 to 14% by weight of at least one nonionic emulsifier of the formula EQU YCF.sub.2 --(CF.sub.2).sub.q --CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 --(OCH.sub.2 CH.sub.2).sub.r --OH PA1 wherein Y is --H or --F, q is a number from 5 to 15, r is a number from 0 to 10, and PA1 (D) 5 to 30% by weight of a solvent or solven…
