Abstract
The invention relates to compounds of antihypertensive and antithrombotic activity of the formula or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is hydrogen, lower alkyl, or lower alkoxyphenyl, PA0 R.sup.2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, PA0 R.sup.4 is lower alkyl, PA0 R.sup.6 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, PA0 R.sup.7 is lower alkyl which is optionally substituted by hydroxy or lower alkanoyloxy, and PA0 R.sup.10 is hydrogen or lower alkyl which is optionally substituted by carboxy or esterified carboxy.
