Abstract
Dihydromorphinone compound of the general formula EQU HDM.dbd.N--R wherein ##STR1## where * indicates binding carbon R1 is an optionally substituted alkyl, alkylene, cycloalkyl, or cycloalkylene PA1 R2 is OH or H PA1 R3 is OH or OCH3 and PA1 R is N.dbd.R4, N--R4, ##STR2## R4 is an optionally substituted alkyl, alkylene, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylene, aryl, heterocycloalkyl, heterocycloalkylene, or alkenyl, and PA1 n is 1-10, and use thereof as an opiate receptor blocker.
