Abstract
The invention relates to a PAF-antagonist pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is pyridyl(lower)alkyl or thiazolyl(lower)alkyl, PA0 R.sup.2 is N-lower alkylindolyl(lower)alkyl which may have lower alkyl or halogen on the indole ring, and PA0 R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are each hydrogen or lower alkyl; or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
