Abstract
Compounds such as 6-[3-(cyclopropylamino)-2-hydroxypropoxy]aurone hydrochloride showing inhibitory activity against LTC.sub.4 -induced contraction of guinea pig ileum are useful as inhibitors of allergic reactions.
