Abstract

Fluorinated alkylamidosulphonates of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 represents hydrogen, alkyl or fluorinated alkyl, PA0 R.sub.F represents fluorinated alkyl and PA0 M.sup..sym. represents an equivalent of a cation, a process for their preparation from the corresponding fluorinated alkylamidosulphonyl chlorides, their use as flame retardants for polycarbonate moulding compositions, and polycarbonate moulding compositions containing them.
