Physostigmine derivatives with acetylcholinesterase inhibition properties, of general formula: ##STR1## in which R is a linear alkyl of from 2 to 20 C atoms, a branched alkyl, a cycloalkyl or an aryl, when r' is H, or R and R' are linear alkyl of from 2 to 20 C atoms.
