Abstract
Improveds insulation segments for fluid conduits such as pipes and ducts, having a nontacky moisture resistant strip which extends along edges of the insulation which are adapted to be secured to other portions of the insulation, or to other insulation segments using a pressure sensitive, adhesive tape. This strip preferably comprises a cured adhesive which bonds to the paper or other surface to which it is applied which provides a good, dry, dirt free, smooth surface to which the pressure sensitive adhesive tape will strongly adhere.
