Abstract

Thrombocyte aggregation-inhibiting polyhydrobenz[c,d]indolesulphonamide of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 is hydrogen, aryl or alkyl, PA1 R.sup.2 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethoxy, hydroxyl, aralkoxy or PA2 a group of the formula ##STR2## R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 each independently is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or acyl and PA2 X is cyano or carboxyl, and salts thereof. Intermediates therefor of the formula ##STR3## are also new.
