Abstract

An aminomethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthyl-oxyacetic acid derivative of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.3 is aryl or substituted aryl, PA1 R.sup.2 is hydroxyl, alkoxy, phenoxy, benzoxy or NR.sup.4 R.sup.5, and PA1 R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 each independently is hydrogen or alkyl, or one of the radicals R.sup.4 or R.sup.5 is benzyl, and physiologically acceptable salts thereof with monovalent or divalent cations which have antithrombotic, antiatherosclerotic and antiischaemic activities.
