Abstract
The present invention relates to a new physiological product extracted from algae and plants (e.g. artichokes), the process and apparatus used in its preparation by a combination of cryocomminution and molecular milling followed by ultra-decantation and ultra-filtration to obtain a sterile microburst product are described.
