Abstract

A method of combating mycoses which comprises administering to a patient in need thereof an antimycotic effective amount of an azolylcyclopropyl-azolylmethyl-carbinol derivative of the formula ##STR1## in which Ar is optionally substituted aryl or optionally substituted heteroaryl, PA1 R is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, trialkylsilyl, optionally substituted phenylalkyl or the acyl radical, PA1 X is a nitrogen atom or the CH group, and PA1 Y is a nitrogen atom or the CH group, or an acid addition salt thereof.
