Abstract
Provided is a film for retaining freshness of vegetables and fruits which comprises a synthetic resin film, a microporous resin film and a water-absorbing layer interposed between both said films, said microporous resin film having a maximum pore diameter not larger than 30 microns and a moisture permeability not lower than 100 g/m.sup.2 /24 hr.
