Abstract

A multi-layer shrink film obtained by forming an assembly which comprises an interlayer comprising a flexible propylene resin having a Vicat softening point of 115.degree. C. or less and/or a linear very low-density polyethylene having a density less than 0.91 g/cm.sup.3 sandwiched between outermost layers comprising a propylene resin having a Vicat softening point higher than that of the flexible propylene resin of interlayer and within the range of 80.degree.-150.degree. C. followed by stretching said assembly is disclosed. The film obtained according to the present invention is well suited for a multi-layer shring packaging film and the like.
