Abstract

A novel silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is provided having at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer provided on a support and said photographic material contains at least one cyan dye-forming coupler represented by formula (I) ##STR1## wherein r represents a substituted or unsubstituted branched alkyl or substituted alkyl group containing 6 or more carbon atoms; X represents a hydrogen atom or a non-photographically-useful group which can be released therefrom upon coupling with an oxidized form of an aromatic primary amine developing agent; R' represents a group which can be substituted at a phenyl nucleus other than a group which can be represented by OR; and n is an integer of from 0 to 4.
