Abstract
The invention relates to a stable aqueous solution of vincristine sulfate comprising: PA0 (a) a therapeutically effective amount of vincristine sulfate; PA0 (b) 0.1% to 2.2% (w/v) of glycocoll; PA0 (c) a 0.05M to 0.2M phosphate buffer based on monopotassium phosphate, and phosphoric acid, for fixing the pH of the solution at 4.15.+-.0.15; PA0 (d) an effective and pharmacologically compatible amount of an antimicrobial preservative; and PA0 (e) water for injectable preparations.
