Abstract
Chewing gum is made in a direct one-step process by mixing together at about 50.degree. to 100.degree. C. in weight %, PA0 about 5 to 25% of certain vinyl polymers, PA0 about 4 to 18% of plasticizer for each such vinyl polymers, PA0 about 2 to 11% of filler, PA0 about 30 to 60% of solid bulk sweetener, PA0 about 1 to 25% of liquid bulk sweetener, PA0 about 0 to 0.75% of intense sweetener, PA0 about 0.5 to 2.0% of flavorant, PA0 about 0 to 0.25% of colorant and PA0 about 0.5 to 5% of emulsifier.
