Abstract

Binders for non-tacky, non-soiling, flexible coatings based on aqueous copolymer dispersions which contain zinc-amine complexes essentially consist of PA1 (A) from 99 to 90% by weight of a (meth)acrylate copolymer dispersion whose polymer has a glass transition temperature of from -40.degree. to -1.degree. C. and PA1 (B) from 1 to 10% by weight of a water-soluble zinc-amine complex salt of a polymeric carboxylic acid, the percentages by weight being based on the total amount of polymer.
