Abstract
Zwitterion polymers are provided herein having the formula: ##STR1## where R is OR', where R' is C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkyl or a lactam, PA0 X is oxygen or nitrogen, PA0 n is 2-10, and PA0 R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are each independently C.sub.1 -C.sub.8 alkyl, PA0 and mixtures thereof.
