Abstract

Basic dyestuffs of the formula ##STR1## or tautomeric forms thereof, wherein PA1 R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 stand for hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkoxy or halogen, PA1 Q - E stands for C-S, C-O, C-NH or N.sup..sym. -N.sup..crclbar., PA1 A stands for C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkylene, PA1 W stands for the radical of an aliphatic mono-, di-, tri-, tetra-, penta-, hexa- or heptamine, which can be protonated or quaternized, PA1 n stands for 0 to 1.5 and PA1 p stands for 1.3 to 10, are suitable for dyeing materials which can be dyed with basic dyestuffs.
