Abstract
A method for the preparation of a protein in a physiologically active or native form, which method includes PA1 providing a source of protein in a solubilized form, PA1 and a cationic exchange medium; PA1 contacting the source of protein and cationic exchange medium; and PA1 recovering the protein in a physiologically active form.
